By accessing and using iTechGuru, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Fair Usage Policy

Free tier users are subject to daily generation limits. Pro tier users have "unlimited" access, subject to a reasonable use policy to prevent automated scraping or API abuse. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that negatively impact platform stability.

4. Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you generate using our tools. However, you agree not to use our AI services to generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content.

5. Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of your initial subscription.
